What do I do about risque underage pictures posted on the internet?

A former friend of mine had some pictures of me and another friend with underwear on in a sexual pose. We were underage at the time [17]. She took them and posted them on an internet **** site and 4chan.org, and sent them in a mass email to most of our friends. What should I do, legally, to both bring criminal child pornography charges against her, and to begin to bring a civil lawsuit against her?

thank you!

Stop showing your a** would most likely stop all these types of problems would it not.
You act like an idiot and then want to complain about how you get treated.

  2. CAT ^ Says:

You could sue her in a civil court for damages (if you’ve incurred any).
Call law enforcement and advise them of the child **** site. Many of these illegal sites are located out of the country and it’s difficult for local law enforcement to reach that far and close down the sites.

If you were covered, ******* and Vag then it is not considered child **** even if you were in a sexual pose (as long as you weren’t touching yourself.) As far as a civil suit goes: you need to see a Lawyer. Nothing will happen without that. It will be a very tough case to win. You need to understand that upfront. That is what the lawyer will tell you.

Absolutely do both. File a criminal complaint first. Go to the cops with your evidence.

I would contact the local police immediately. Save any copies of the e-mail that you can, as the headers will provide evidence. Then contact a lawyer. Pursue the criminal aspect first!
