Whenever you read about submitting things such as resumes or manuscripts for books they tell you to not just mass send them to everyone but pick and choose. In respects to books they even say to send it to only one publisher at a time and then wait until you get a response to send it out to someone else. That takes forever!
Does this really benefit us or is it simply to help the people receiving submissions?
I mean is a job recruiter or publisher NOT going to give you something because you had mass sent prior?

Please tell me how to block/stop those who have been sending me bulk messages that’s making my email storage capacity always full. I don’t even know where they came from, who they are, and what is worse is that they talk of topics different from one another and topics which I do not know.
There is a need to stop this for me to better use my email and also because of this I can not even discontinue my use since there is continues sending of emails that is stopping the deactivation of my (free) account.

I want to have a members only area of my site and only give access to people that subscribe to my newsletter. I can do this easily enough by protecting the directory and adding users manually to it, bit I’d like to find a way to add the user and assign the password automatically and generate at email back to the users email telling them their login info. Is there a 3rd party tool that can accomplish this? So I want a user to fill out a web form, have that automatically add them to my mailing list as well as give them access to my members only directory, and generate an email back to them with the login credentials. Of course, I would want them removed if they opt out.
My newsletter management software can’t do this, and I haven’t found one that can.
