Mass email

Do you know where to download the software that scans the received emails for viruses and is compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2007, and is free (NOT trail).

I am using a pretty recent version of Microsoft Outlook and was sent over 2,000 emails….but I need to delete them in mass ammounts. How do I do this? Please help! Thank you.

In a Microsoft access database one of the sections is emails, and i want to gather them all together somehow and be able send bulk emails. My boss has asked me to do this and i cant figure it out. He keeps saying he wants them separated by a comma etc, and he says there is a way but he doesnt know how to either. Need answer asap. thanks heaps

How do you do a mass mailing? How do you edit templates? On Microsoft word. Also how do you do an email blast to an entire address book?
Also how do you edit templates in Outloook?

can someone suggest a software which basically has the name and address of all my customers and if i need to send them some sort of notice or letter i simply type the letter in a input box and it will print the messages with all the names and address for postage.

it would be great if many diffrent software can be suggested. or if there is a template for it in MS access or other microsoft office products.

I need to send out a mass email. How do I change the settings so that each recipient sees only their name in the “To” section, rather than an additional 1,000 names?

I want to send an email to about 50 Companies applying for a job. Obviously I don’t want them to see that this is a mass email, so I was wondering if it possible to do this with Microsoft Outlook?
I tried it with a couple Professional Programs but they are all detected as Spam/Junk in the popular email servers so they are useless for job applications!

I want to send a mass email with Microsoft Outlook to several companies applying for a job. I have recently been told I should use the *Bcc* to avoid these companies seeing the mail list.
However, I would like to know if it is some how poosible to use Microsoft Outlook to do something like the below:
*Dear ‘Insert Company’*

So that each individual email address the relevent company? I know there are mailing programs to do this, they call them #tags# but these programs come up as junk so I want to do all of this through Microsoft Outlook.
