Mass email

I’m self-imployed and have a piano tuning business started, but I need some business software. The only two things I have are Quicken 2004 and Quickbooks Simplestart (not the full version). Would either of these help me maintain a list of about 500 contacts to email, send mail, print out labels, etc??

What would you recommend? Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to add a group of people to my contacts that I have received emails from and instead of individually adding them I would like to add them en masse.

I work for a small HVAC company that is wanting to send out a monthly newsletter to our customers that have given us their emails. I have created a new account on yahoo for this purpose only and have started entering email addresses, but was just told by someone else that if you send more than 25 contacts an email at once, they will automatically go into the spam box of recipients. Is this true? If so, how can it be avoided?

I have 110 contacts to send a mass email to. How do I do this without getting the error message that I have exceeded the number of contacts? I have seen people send out mass emails before, but how is it done?! Thank you!!

I am just curious how to divide my contacts up for a mass email. Last time I tried to send it to too many at once and it would not send and made me start from scratch on a new message.

I want to send out an email to everyone that allows them to fill out all their contact info such as, multiple phone numbers and addresses. Then, once they send it back, it syncs up with your phone and adds the info. Can this be done? How?
It doesn’t necessarily need to be done with the phone. Maybe a website and then you could link your phone to the computer? Some kind of software I guess….

It is too time consuming to click on the “to” and then add the names of my contacts. Do I need to upgrade to a different yahoo?

I need to send an email to all of my contacts (147 people) but I do not want the “To:” part to be full of 147 names and email addresses. I would like to send the email so the recipient sees his or her name only, no one else’s. Can I do this through gmail?

I need to blast my resume out to recruiters. The problem I am having is that I use hotmail for my email service and I can only send to 10 contacts at one time, and then I can only send to 40 people during a 24 hour period. I am in medical sales and compiled a list of 300+ recruiters nationwide on excel then used Outlook Connector with my hotmail account and transferred all of the contacts to my contact list in hotmail but I can only send to 40 people a day. I would like to be able to email every recruiter my resume and cover letter but I would like to be able to do it all at once instead of having to do it over a week’s time. So I need to create an email account that I can import all of my contacts and send out one email.

I would like to send a mass email to all of my contacts on Hotmail but I do not wish to have all of the To: addresses viewable to who I send the message to. I would like step-by-step instructions to assure everything goes right. THANK YOU
