I signed up with a free-cycle group and now I receive hundreds of mass emails. How do I stop that from continuing?

Since Freecycle group owners require that you receive individual emails or Daily Digest emails, you could either change your group email to Daily Digest or unsubscribe from the group. Here’s how to do both:
-To change the email delivery:
Sign in to the group.
Click “Edit Membership” near top of page.
Scroll down to Step 2. Message Delivery.
Select “Daily Digest”
Scroll down to bottom of page and click “Save Changes”
-To unsubscribe (leave) the group:
Sign in to the group.
Click “Edit Membership” near top of page.
Click “Leave Group” near the bottom right side of page.
On the next screen that comes up, click “Leave Group”.
You will be instantly unsubbed at that point.
You might receive a few more messages via email from that group, then the emails will stop completely.
