This is the way it use to be but since yahoo has changed everything there may be a few changes.
Go to “Options” on the right side of your email page
Click on “Mail Options”
Click on “Announce Email Address”
Enter your new “Email Address”
Enter the email address of the people you want to send it to. Add message if you want.
Click on “Preview and Send Announcement”
