I’ve heard there was a site you can go to type in your email/phone number and get it taken off of any list that could have you on it.. is there and if so what is the website?
Is there anything I can do about these telemarketers calling me and these mass emails I get?

If you’re a U.S. citizen, you can register your phone numbers with and be pulled from many lists, it works perfectly.
However, spam emails are much harder to block. Depending on your email account provider, they should have a spam or junk mail folder that you can utilize, but sadly, no simple service that I’m aware of.
