Just make an email address somewhere like that you will use only for that.

you can send email with private account (private domain).
buy domain and create simple php script.

if you use a common email address provider such as yahoo or google, it is impossible to do that. but if you use your own email service provider you can do it by setting up a (one) special email address to handle all message sending to your client, it usually called as email forwarder, and look at the hosting provider you use for it for more information, but it’s a standard serrvice that if you buy a hosting service you’ll get this service.
