I could build you some software to do this but you can only send 250 DM’s in a day as that is all that Twitter allows. You also need to consider the API limit of 150 API requests per hour. You would need to schedule the DM’s randomly so that it looked like they were being posted by a real person too or Twitter would pickup on what you are doing.

There may be ways of sending DM’s to people but its not a good idea. A few of my friends/clients had their account suspended for sending as little as 20 DM’s If anyone doesnt like it, they may block you. If you get blocked too many times, your account can get suspended.
Plus DM’s are dead! No one sees them as most are spams.
