I have a mass email that I need to send out to about 700 people and we are currently using a program that is not very user friendly called Constant Contact. I would like to change everything to Outlook but did not know if there were any limits in the program as to how many addresses that I could do at one time.
Is there a limit on how many email address you can add to an email on Outlook 07?

I don’t believe that you will have a problem with Outlook sending an email to 700 people - it will handle that just fine.
What you may have a problem with are all of the various servers that you are sending the mass mailing to. If this is being sent via a domain you shouldn’t have a problem… but as soon as you begin sending outside of the domain, you will have servers bounce your email as spam.

Outlook 07
There is no limits in outlook storage.
There is also no limits on the distribution list.
