I work for a legitimate company and I wanted to know if anyone has used Dreamweaver to create and send HTML emails, and more specifically, if anyone has been able to use a mass emailer functionality with Dreamweaver. These mass emails wouldn’t actually be that ‘massive’ of a list as the emails would be sent to current clients. If anyone knows of this functionality in Dreamweaver or has used it before please let me know your thoughts.

Hello,
Unfortunately, no. I would try out google groups. It allows you to compose mailing lists to people with ease. If you do not want to use google you can use PHP with html to send.
