    Try google or anti-spyware programs.

Create a spreadsheet in Excel. Fields created in the Excel sheet, such as donor names and addresses, can be exported or merged into letters. MS Office has both Excel and Word in it, and they work together, for example to make that merged donor letter.

If you have a Mac you can buy iWork for about $70 and it contains Mac versions of a spreadsheet app (Numbers) and a word processing app (Pages) and they will work together like the MS Office apps do. They will also be compatible with docs generated by the MS Office apps.

Okay as someone above said you can use MS Excel to make spreadsheet, surely you can do that , but that is a Paid software which comes bunched with the MS Office suite from Microsoft. If you have that , well and good. If you dont , you can download Open office which is an open source alternative for MS office and is Totally free of cost. It includes
word, powerpoint, excel, access etc. SO you can always download that from their site.

Or is you are just interested in making spreadsheets , download this small free utilty that lets you do that

If you are a beginner to EXcel and spreadsheet, look at this tutorial here
