You could probably download some mass mailing software off of piratebay (piratebay.org) but as for email addresses, you’ll likely need to buy a list - I’ve never heard of a place that gives out mailing lists for free.

Mass emailing is against the law in the US. Came in to effect with the “Can Spam Act” that you can read about on the FTC site.
Otherwise, you are going to have to buy leads and an email auto responder type service. The email auto responder is going to be located out of the US because of the legalities. Buying leads is not a safe bet because you don’t know where they came from and the quality.
I’d rather you find another way because I already get PLENTY of unsolicited email (SPAM), but it’s your money.
