Not sure, but if you are sending to people who would be expecting to hear from you then that is not spam right/ If you are sending to people who you rented addy’s then yes. That would be a conflict. Better read your yahoo terms and conditions to be sure.

Currently the limit is 100 addresses, no more than 50 may be sent to the same domain.
