I am looking for a way to easily reply to a large number of recipient Emails. I would need to be able to reply to NEW emails that come in, like a large bulk reply. What kind of software should I look for. Also I guess an automating program might work. Any suggestions?

Look up at top right. Does it say “Older version”?
If it does, you are in “Newer Version”.
If you are in “Newer Version”; do this:
To create group:
Click “Contacts”
Click box in front of all friends you want included in “New Group
Named: Friends”
Click box: “Groups”.
From drop-down, choose: “New Group”
Name group in drop-down.
Type in: Friends
Click “OK”
You have just formed a new group named {Friends}. Now you can type
{ f } into “To” box, and Gmail will let you choose {Friends} from drop-
down to autofill all their name

Why don’t you just use a rule or an auto reply, or (to use a Microsoft term) an “Out of Office” type of feature? I’m sure gmail has that?
