In a Microsoft access database one of the sections is emails, and i want to gather them all together somehow and be able send bulk emails. My boss has asked me to do this and i cant figure it out. He keeps saying he wants them separated by a comma etc, and he says there is a way but he doesnt know how to either. Need answer asap. thanks heaps

Alexandre, you can accomplish this using docmd.sendobject. You must choose which information you wanna send and create a looping through email addresses to send this information.
It works like this:
DoCmd.SendObject acSendTable, “Employees”, acFormatXLS, _
“Nancy Davolio; Andrew Fuller”, “Joan Weber”, , _
“Current Spreadsheet of Employees”, , False
There are other ways to send emails through vba but they are not so easy.
