How do I send an email (MS Outlook Express) with “undisclosed recipients” in the “To:” field?

I have a mass email to send to our neighborhood, but I do not want the email addresses showing. I have received emails with “undisclosed-recipients” in the To: field and would like to do the same using my Outlook Express.

I have tried bcc:. That would work, however, I get an error saying that I have too many recipients (about 125 recipients).

Thank you to anyone willing to help me out!

Outlook limits you to 50 recipients at a time. Use the BCC field but only choose 50 people to send to.

    BCC

The server is probably rejecting it because that is a common thing that is done with spam My server rejects anything over 20 and I am being generous.

There is software that sends one at time which is the only way I know around that. Anything with several BCCs on it will be picked up by almost all spam filters. Frankly anything with that many TOs will probably be picked up.
