Here’s what I would like to do:
1. Create a list of a bunch of email addresses
2. Write an email and send it to this list
- but the people who I send it to should not be able to see other people’s emails who are on the list.
Can this be done?

Yes, it can be done. First, you should create a fake e-mail address, to represent a group, which you can put in to the To: Field. Then you should create a Distribution List in your contacts, add everyone you want to send it to, and put that in the BCC list so that you send it to them, but they don’t see anyone on the list. Outlook automatically sends it to everyone.
An easier way is to find a free host and host a Mailing list program on it, which allows it to be easier.

1. First create a distribution list. Select contacts, then you should be able to do this from the “file” menu.
2. After you named and saved the list, you can right click on the name you’ve given the list and select “new message to distribution list”, just make sure everyone is on the bcc line(blind copy carbon) .
