I want to send a mass email with Microsoft Outlook to several companies applying for a job. I have recently been told I should use the *Bcc* to avoid these companies seeing the mail list.
However, I would like to know if it is some how poosible to use Microsoft Outlook to do something like the below:
*Dear ‘Insert Company’*
So that each individual email address the relevent company? I know there are mailing programs to do this, they call them #tags# but these programs come up as junk so I want to do all of this through Microsoft Outlook.
Hope to hear from you all son,
Thanks again!

There is no way to do this in Outlook. since software doing this is what all the email scammers use, it is not provided as a service. you are better to simply use Dear sir/madam as this is the correct addressing method. Dear Company name is very bad practise.
