All emails in the bulk folder are already marked as spam.

I thought the BULK folder was for SPAM, although, I agree with you… There should be a way to get rid of this stuff.

Email in the bulk folder are POTENTIAL SPAM. They might not already be spam. But they appearing in spam is good enough for you to keep them as spam, if you think any email is not a spam, you shud mark it as “NOT SPAM”.
EMail services are not 100% sure when they put your incoming mails into the spam folder. So make sure that u do go thru that junk folder, you dont want to miss an important email.
