I am working for the company as mail list labels maker.They give me 20000 name and adresses in text format.I have to
type 80 return address labels in a A4 sheet.Each A4 sheet
contain 80 boxes with dimensions 1.75″X 0.5″ can you help me to find a software to do this.

In Word’s Mail Merge, you can choose a label option, Label information section, Label products: set to Avery A4 and A5 sizes. In the product number pane, choose L7410-6M L (height .5″ width 1.77″). Do a test using this type of label and print it out on a regular sheet of paper. Then lay this sheet over an A4 sheet and see if they line up.
