You have to create an opt in list if you want the best prospects. Try offering something free on your website, like writing an ebook maybe 5 pages long about some aspect of your business. Advertise it online … then place an opt in box on your website to capture email addresses for those who want to download it for free… then you have your list and you can send them offers as often as you need to.. if you need someone to do this for you… email the contact info in the source..

It depends what type of site and your target market, but for general business this is the best free email advertising source I use and you could advertise pretty much anything in it.
