Mass email

I’m in the middle of starting a company called fitness industries. its an online company that helps people with becoming more fit regardless of if you are already fit or looking to get in better shape. it will have a store soon and a forum. my question is this…ive read that you can get peoples emails and send newsletters on product discounts and updates to the site and things like this…how do you get emails that target your niche?

Im going to be doing a mass mail advertisement. Whats the cheapest way to mass mail 1000 envelopes?

ie. Super Coups, Money Mailer etc. If you have used them what is the response ratio? (12:10,000 etc.) What problems have you encountered using this advertising method?

Not E-Mail but regular snail mail.

I like to send mass emails out to those who have show little, to some interest in my sterling jewelry home based business. Any ideas for a intriging attention grabber that will invite those to visit my web site?

I’m starting another small business and am looking for some software that creates customer and mailing lists. If possible I would like one that can be integrated into other business software as the outlook for this business is very good and huge growth is a pretty sure thing. Does anybody out there have some suggestions on this type of software? I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can offer. Thank you for your time.

Hey listen, I just started with this business that might interest you. It’s called Market America, a product brokerage and internet marketing company specializing in 1:1 marketing and mass customization (similar to an amazon.com type deal). This company has had 64 straight quarters of double-digit growth, and is partnered with google, amazon, and thousands of other big name companies. In short, people are making crazy money with this business….6 figures within 2-3 years of working 8 hours/week. At the very least it is a nice side income that comes in residually for the rest of your life, even after you have quit working. I work for a small service company and I am interested in developing our own mailing list data base of current and former customers. We would like to be able to sort on several fields and print mailing labels. We do not intend to use anything like mail-merge.

I’m self-imployed and have a piano tuning business started, but I need some business software. The only two things I have are Quicken 2004 and Quickbooks Simplestart (not the full version). Would either of these help me maintain a list of about 500 contacts to email, send mail, print out labels, etc??

What would you recommend? Any help would be appreciated.

lets say I do a mass mailing to potential customers, is that considered spamming and illegal? can I get sued?
