Mass email

What is the best way to send an email from a purchased list.
I have bought a list of 50,000 email addresses and want to know what program to use to send it.
Online programs like Conctant Contact and List Mail Pro only allow for emails of people who have opted in-
What is the best Program to use for mass email of purchased lists?

For example a website that display some figures (stock/fund price) that change daily. Let say if the figure met a targeted number, it will be prompted in a form of email. Perhaps it would require some simple programming or anything like that.

I would like to be able to send a mass email to all of the employees, especially those in upper management that work for Delta Airlines.

i am preparing a project in joomla, but i got stucked at a point.
when i send mail through mass mail in joomla i got the error : SMTP Error! Could not connect to SMTP host. Pls anyone is there who can help me.
current i am running the joomla from localhost.
my mail setting is as follow:

Mail from : msyadav.88.gmail.com
From Name : msyadav.88
Sendmail Path /usr/sbin/sendmail
SMTP Authentication Yes
SMTP Security ssl
SMTP Port 25

If for example there is an article with 3-4 email addresses throughout, is there software that will let you “select all” (text) and grab the email addresses so you can click to add them to an Excel worksheet?

I need to setup a mailing list for myself and others. I have a Linux server. I would prefer not to have to spend a few day learning something but if that is needed, so be it. I’m open to all option such as 3rd party solutions.
