A mass email went out to all of the faculty of a school to ask that we consider a certain candidate. Something about this reeks of impropriety.

I work for an orchestra and it was another orchestra in a different state that used them.

I inquired about a job opening, filled out an application (checked do not contact current employer), went to interview, and declined job offer. Hiring employer then sends out a mass email to my company that shows my emails to them about the job opening and bashing me. Do I have any grounds to sue?

I wrote a very long and what I hope to be articulate letter to Hillary today about this subject in response to a mass email on the subject. I think this administration has been slowly eroding the rule of law. Replacing competent and successful US attorneys with partisan automatons is a power grab.
Especially when they are encourage to “find”reasons to single out democrats. That is a tactic use din Russia or China. That is not what the rule of law is about,everyone is equal before the law no exceptions.
This I realize does not happen all the time, but any deliberate action to undermine this idea should be dealt with quickly. I think the concept of the rule of law is the most important facet to a representative democracy. Without it we just have tyranny with a fancy name,and tyrants who are elected.
