So we had our office Christmas party Friday night. Monday AM there was a mass mailing from one person to everyone saying how nice the party was and thanking the committee of people that organized it. Nice enough, but still a little cheesy anyway in my opinion. But then the worse part was the 17 emails that responded to everyone stating thanks and that they agree. Why do people do this? Wouldn’t a personal email to the committee members be more appreciated, or even better, stopping by their office and telling them personally? Our company is not that big where this is unreasonable.
We are doing a Secret Santa this week not agency wide, but the team I work on. I did win a $40 best buy gift certificate at the party.
