I want to send out an email to everyone that allows them to fill out all their contact info such as, multiple phone numbers and addresses. Then, once they send it back, it syncs up with your phone and adds the info. Can this be done? How?
It doesn’t necessarily need to be done with the phone. Maybe a website and then you could link your phone to the computer? Some kind of software I guess….

Email everyone and ask them to send you a v-card. If you are using a version of Outlook, Outlook Express, Groupwise or Lotus Notes, import the v-card. If, for example, you are using Outlook, use the Desktop Manager software to synch the Contacts folder to your BB address book. It will carry over most all the details in the v-card.
