Lately I have been receiving a lot of junk email that lands in my BULK email folder. Assume these emails are full of viruses. Can this be prevented short of creating a new email?

I am a pro dj and i have a 3000 person email list that i use to send friends co workers invites but i limited to so many how do i do it?
