Mass email

I am trying to send out a mass email to my entire address book, but it is giving me an error message that it has exceeded the amount of contacts. How can I get around this?

it appears the person sent out a mass email to everyone in my address book. i found out and changed my password withing hours of this email being sent out. is that enought to protect me or do i have to delete my account now?
