Mass email

I need to email 500 people with different email addresses. Can I use Word’s Mail Merge to do this?

For example if I send JohnA, JohnB, JohnC, and John D a email how can I get JohnD not to send his reply to all the other John’s just me? I have lots of happy Reply all friends. Does this have something to do with BCC?

I am creating it in illustrator. How do I save it and embed it within the email so that you don’t have to download it. I want a person to be able to open the email and see the flyer as an email. Like some stores do.

Converting to a pdf doesn’t work nor does the import because yahoo nor hotmail has that feature. So I don’t see how you could do that anyhow.

This is from a coworkers computer. He is now unable to mass send to his specific group that he has set up. We go in to the group and hit check all. Then we click insert checked and nothing happens. Any ideas?

I usually do mass email in my accounts but I want each of their email address invisible for everyone except of course the sender

I want to send an email to about 50 Companies applying for a job. Obviously I don’t want them to see that this is a mass email, so I was wondering if it possible to do this with Microsoft Outlook?
I tried it with a couple Professional Programs but they are all detected as Spam/Junk in the popular email servers so they are useless for job applications!

If I forward an email to several people in my address book, how can i prevent or “hide” the emails of the others on the list so that it looks like it just came from me to them and not to hundreds of people and the hundreds of people can continue to have their email listed as many times as the email gets forwarded?

Several months ago I was working for a company in sales. Another representative had to split his commission with me because he sold a deal to one of my clients. When he found out he had to split it, he started screaming at me in front of several people which lasted for about 2 minutes. He even made an attempt to lunge at me which was thwarted by other people. I went to HR the next day and reported the incident. He was going to get fired, but I heard through the grapevine that if he did get fired he was going to do something to me. I should have gone to the police at that point but instead I called HR and told them I didn’t want him fired, so they just wrote him up and that was the end of it. To this day I am bothered by the fact I did not get that spaz fired. A few months later I was fired for some total nonesense. What If I were to send an ANONYMOUS mass email now to many people in the company exposing what he did, just to humiliate him?There would be no trace to me. any risk to me?

I want to sound personal, and I am asking to be a physician shadower…so how do I send 50 emails with one click without making the doctors see that I emailed so many others?

I am using Outlook 2007. Is there any good free program to add that will let me send mass emails ? Around 3000 email at once.
