I wanted to mail everyone on my email list this new warning today about a horrible virus, but last time I “mass emailed” all in my address book, many got mad. They didn’t want their email being seen by strangers like that… I want to be able to mass email without the people I forward to, to be able to see the other people I forwarded to . thanks

If I have all the people i need to email in an excel file is there an easy way to send an email with out typing all 1600 email’s in the cc field. I tried to copy and paste but that does not work.

in correctly, what do you think that means? We work in the same office, our names are on our desk. Our names pop up in the email program Outlook, why would she intentionnally spell my name wrong. Or am I tripping?
Thanks Lisa you could be right. But she has no spouse. And I am beginning to think this problem is bigger than just a name and email. I let her know that I was upset because she spelled my name wrong and I would not be so mad but I know she knows how to spell my name. Its too obvious. So as I am typing this, I am kind of figuring out the answer for myself. Thanks again

Is there any way to forward a bunch of emails at once? I want to send all my stored emails to a new account but I don’t want to have to individually forward each one. Any suggestions?

I feel really stupid and bad..as I was trying to see who was already registered at this myspace type site, when low and behold, it sends my ENTIRE address book an invite to the site.. This includes family, professors, classmates, friends, everyone! I feel this may have put my reputation at risk.
I know there’s no way to undo it, but how can I cope with such stupidity on my part???
