Mass email

I own a website and I want to figure out what I have to do to send all my registered users a email. I want to have the quickest easiest legal mass mailer there is. And, instead of needing to keep on going into every name and then copy the email address, is there some program that could get all the emails exstracted from my website?

Hi, There is a girl I was dating briefly about a month ago. We went out a few times, started off well, but we just weren’t compatible. The last date was no fun, so we never spoke after that. That was like a month ago.

She likes cooking, and I just got on a mass email loop where you forward recipes on. I think it’s really cool, but don’t know if that like overstepping an unwritten boundary since we didn’t ever email while dating (we are facebook friends, so have each others email from that.)

Is there anything weird about me including her in the loop when we haven’t spoken in awhile? Would that be strange to email her when we’ve never emailed before?
just to re-iterate, we’ve never emailed before. That was the whole premise of the question. Just w anted to clarify b/c a few ppl said too cut the emails down…but I’ve never emailed her at all.

i need to purchase one and want to make sure the bulk emails i send out to companies don’t go to their junk mail..what do i have to do to be sure about this? could you please recommend a good software for me? Thank you so much.

I want to send one announcement to a lot of the people I have in my email contacts. I have seen other people send out announcements and a whole list of people was contacted at one time with that announcement attached. How can I do that? I have just been emailing one person at a time with the same announcement and it is killing me!!

I am not very computer savy, so could you take pitty on me and explain in steps like 1st thing to do, 2nd thing you do, and so on, just like you were explaining it to a 2 year old.

Can someone tell me or direct me to a website that can teach me how to add a link so ppl can be added to an email newsletter? I want to be able to add it to a website and have them enter their email addy and be able to send a mass email newsletter to all who sign up…help?
Why would I need Yahoo Groups? I want a box on my webpage that all they have to do is enter their email addy to sign up for a free email newsletter….I just dunno how.

Well, here’s the scoop, without boring you to bad. This girl & I were friends for 2 yrs. She got pregnant, then she changed. Told me I was getting on her nerves. So we hadn’t talked in awhile. Saw her in Feb. I was nice to her, etc. I had been sending her generic emails but, then I quit. I thought I had taken her off my email list but, I thought I accidentally sent her something..So I sent out a mass email saying if you got something, ignore it…and this is what she sent me…..what do you think of it???

I do not know what to expect from you from one minute to the next. You act one way one time and different the next. (I explained that I didn’t know how to act around her because I didn’t want to get on her nerves or bother her) Last time I saw you at my son’s school, you were so happy that morning to see me, then that evening, you didn’t hardly speak to me and merely acknowledged the gift that I had given you for your baby. (I just had a baby & I replied and told her that I was working & could not respond to her at the time but, I ended up sending her a card that next day, thanking her for the gift & I sent a pic of my daughter wearing the outfit she gave me)

I barely have the time to check my email a few times a week, and when I do, this is the crap that I have to sort through. Honestly, I do not have time for your silly, childish games and I’m tired of getting an email from you one day that says how wonderful a friend I am and how blessed you are to have me as your friend, then an email like this the next time. It is best that you take me off your contact list. Don’t send me anything at all, forwarded or otherwise. (I explained how she hurt me and that I didn’t know why or how to act around her and that the emails were generic and that I had not sent her anything since February, when I sent her an email of my daughter wearing the outfit she got me. She has not responded to the explaination email at all)

Do you think she even read it???? or do you think she deleted it without reading it? How should I act if I see her again? Should I ignore her or confront her?

I have a list of 2,000 emails of customers who have bought from my business and provided their email addresses in writing. I would like to email them about my new products and website. I plan to use Outlook and the mail merge feature in Word to personalize the salutations….but I have been told that by sending a big block of emails like this, I could be mistaken as a spammer and “blacklisted” (I don’t know what that means, but it doesn’t sound good). They suggested that I send out my emails in batches of 25 so this doesn’t happen. Does sending in small batches help my cause? Anything else I should consider so I don’t get labeled as a spammer?

Recently, I found these in my bf e-mail box. I don’t mean to see his email, because of using his computer to check my email. He did not log out. I saw some email “special” email subjects - so I clicked…

” this is the girl i’ve been talking to on myspace… you should check it out dude.. i am just doing what my housemate does… he sends out the same email to all of them… just doing a mass email, and says that he is new in town and trys to break the ice that way. i had to send out like 36 emails, but then i got 2 responses…. woo hoo! anyways, not sure what i am getting myself into here….”

and another one is

He apoloyized for doing these things. So, if you were me, what would you do?
